Terms: For most remodeling and addition jobs, progress payments are made each Wednesday covering what was completed that week. A down payment and start up payment is required on all remodeling and addition jobs.

Basic Remodel or Addition: Around $100 to $150 per square foot of space remodeled. You may choose to do some of the finish remodeling work yourself, such as painting, etc.

Standard Remodel or Addition: Around $150 to $200 per square foot of space covered.

Deluxe Remodel or Addition: Around $200 to $500 per square foot of space covered.

Discounts Available: We offer numerous monthly discounts as well as Senior Citizen discounts.
