Rates and Pricing -

First We Do a Ball Park (Initial) Estimate . . . (find out more)

Terms: For most remodeling and addition jobs, progress payments are made each week covering what was completed that week. A down payment and start up payment is required on all remodeling and addition jobs.

Economy Remodel or Addition: Around $90 to $110 per square foot of space remodeled. You may choose to do some of the finish remodeling work yourself, such as painting, etc.

Fair Remodel or Addition: Around $110 to $125 per square foot of space covered.

Standard Remodel or Addition: Around $125 to $140 per square foot of space covered.

Custom Remodel or Addition: Around $140 to $165 per square foot of space covered.

Estate Remodel or Addition: Around $165 to $200 per square foot of space covered.

Luxury Remodel or Addition: Around $200 on up per square foot of space covered.
