     Owner and General Contractor, Randy Mate who heads the company, has been in the construction trades for more than 30 years. Randy is a Master Plumber and Carpenter and a Journeyman Mason and Electrician. He has worked on projects from building an 80 unit condominium to single-family homes, hillside homes, remodels, additions and has worked on all phases of construction. Putting together your remodeling estimates himself, he can then ensure a full understanding of exactly what you need and want for your custom home improvement project.
